Conventional Drivers

The original electrodynamic loudspeaker driver was invented 96 years ago.

High Aspect Ratio Drivers

As product demand shifted to slimmer products, the industry created the racetrack driver utilizing the same 96-year-old motor.

Res-Core Drivers

Resonado invented Res-Core – a motor tailored for the racetrack driver, optimizing performance in that form factor.

RES-CORE ARCHITECTURE

Res-Core architecture features an open-backed motor with bar magnets and plates, a flat voice coil on a flat bobbin that runs along the length of the entire diaphragm, and a spider spanning the length of the bobbin and the width of the driver.

This proprietary architecture combined with Resonado design features enables the design of high-performance racetrack drivers.

HOW IT WORKS

Our team overcame the physical limitations of traditional speaker design—delivering powerful raw sound at maximum efficiency, higher linear excursion, and wider dynamic frequency ranges in smaller than ever form factors. End listeners no longer have to accept the tradeoff between form and function.
